Terms And Conditions
By using this website or requesting a dumpster rental through Roll-Off Pros, you agree to the following terms.
Our Service Model
Roll-Off Pros connects customers in Terre Haute and Vigo County with a licensed, insured local operator who performs dumpster delivery, pickup, and related services. Roll-Off Pros acts as the point of contact for scheduling and pricing; the actual rental service is fulfilled by the assigned local operator.
Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted by phone are based on the information provided about your project. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual weight, debris type, or placement requirements differ from what was described. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Rental Period & Extensions
Your rental period begins on the date of delivery. Extensions beyond the agreed period may incur additional daily charges, as communicated at booking.
Prohibited Items
Certain materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, and other hazardous items, are not permitted in rented dumpsters. Additional fees may apply if prohibited items are found.
Property Access & Placement
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and, where applicable, any required permits for dumpster placement on public property.
Limitation Of Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect your property during delivery and pickup, Roll-Off Pros and its operators are not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
